PRODUCT RETURNS
There are two options for exchanging a product :-
1. Please send an email to services@tamam-ly.com or phone +218 91-4444477 , mentioning your request to exchange the product. You can then send the product via the delivery company.
2. Exchange the product directly at any ECCO store in Libya.
Conditions for Product Exchange:
• Unworn items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition accompanied by an invoice.
• Exchanges are allowed for size only and must be for the same model.
• Products that are damaged, used, missing accessories, or without an invoice are not eligible for exchange
• All products must be returned in their original packaging.
• These procedures apply only to products purchased from the website.
• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.
